Product
- all our products are selected carefully and shipped from overseas. they came in limited pieces only,usually one or two pieces
- product pictures are taken with 5M digital camera, under direct sunlight or natural lights, in order to present the closest color and texture of jewellery
- however, colors of jewellery you see may differ slightly to the real product due to the difference in resolution of individual computers.
- for sizes of jewellery, especially rings, we will try to provide the exact sizes
- all our products are priced with a reason (the price correspond to the quality of material and manufacture). we bought all these exclusive pieces for a price :) listed prices are nett, and shipping charges are excluded.
- you can make reservation quest by email us, reservation will last for 3 days before your confirmation


Delivery Services
- delivery can be sent by normal mailing or registered mailing via Singpost. delivery charges is of SGD2 to SGD4 per order (depends on weight). it is inclusive of post charges, envelops, bubble wraps and handling charges. please allow 3 working days for processing
- deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to rates by Singpost, please enquire before you wish to make any purchase
- multiple purchases can be combined to save shipping costs.
- all jewellery will be packed in resealable plastic sleeves with bubble wrap to prevent damage
- special package can be required if you are making purchase as a gift, please enquire before purchase
- we holds no responsibility for delay/loss of mail by post offices, thus registered mails are better options


Payment Processing
- we accept Bank Fund Transfer (POSB)
- payment need to be received by us within 2 days upon our notification mail, to secure your desired items


Exchange & Refunds
- no Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges will be entertained once items are sent out
- all jewellery in good condition are non-refundable
- we entertain exchange/refunds is:
* the item is not what you requested
* the item is damaged at the time being delivered


Privacy policy
- we do not sell or give personal information of our customers to any other organizations or persons
- we do not request any private personal informations other than address and contact number
- we do not send out emails to ask for private personal information if you are in the mailing list, but not making any purchase. if you receive the above email, please inform us immediately
- we do not send out spam mails. we only send out emails of updates or promotions to those who signed up for mailing lists
